Charter Email is now Spectrum Webmail.

Charter Communications has now been renamed as “Charter Spectrum”. This new brandname is used for all wireless services, cable television, internet and phone services by Charter.

Since the acquisitions of Time Warner Cable by Charter Communications in 2016, Charter Webmail TWC Email and Roadrunner Email, has been re-branded as “Spectrum Webmail”.

How do I log in to my olde Charter email account (@charter.net email addresses)?

1. Go to www.charter.net in your browser. or to https://www.spectrum.net. The new login URL is at https://webmail.spectrum.net/mail/auth.
2. In the Username box, enter your @Charter.net email address, your phone number or the Charter Username you originally created.
3. In the Password box, enter your Charter.net email password.
4. Remember to click on the “I’m not a Robot” box, and select the correct CAPCHA images.
5. Then, click on “Sign In”.

Next, you will logged in to your Charter email account.
